Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. If an item is damaged, please do not attempt to return the item as we do not house damaged items. We will however offer a refund if the following requirements are met:
The purchase was made in the previous 30 days.
Your item must be unused.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
We request that you send photographs of the damaged product and send them to us at email@example.com
To process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with photographs of the damaged item with its original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to any address mentioned on the package.
You will have to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your contact details (email and/or telephone number) so we can initiate valid refund proceedings.
Once photographs of the damaged item are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refund. If the photographs meet the requirements (mentioned above) for a refund, then your refund will be processed immediately.
Soon after, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
